When you’re charged

Your payment method is charged when you place the order. Some issuers may show an initial authorization that converts to a charge.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, please contact us via our Contact page and include your order number.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns/Refunds policy.
